he is a holder of a ,alberta issued, driving instructor licence
and employ by a licenced driving training school.

/ U+ U  R+ G2 i7 e" S: c( zhe is openly defying the law of alberta.
5 H0 f0 ^/ I( {: V7 S- ehow can someone teach other about the rules of the road and yet he is breaking the law himself.
when someone teaching illegal, you will be penalized by alberta government.
