General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.7 a9 {7 Q E( h/ m/ b% K$ T- N8 B
0 Y, c3 ?, ]# Y# NAccounting and Admin:* E _% F, C$ c
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
- c5 {& `5 K: M; c. lo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
/ p) F1 d, s1 M& R7 p6 p6 {' ~6 w6 Go Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
; ~; V; @! @. v5 l5 A6 ^* r8 W/ S2 Mo Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.
+ e+ f2 p& L" R" Q9 g2 [o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.' J7 d6 Y" p I2 n4 @
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
% H+ F+ G" l. A$ S+ T1 R; bo Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.! G! B8 Q# }; K" }
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
F# v" q- m9 J4 V xo Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.$ j+ z$ T# Y% Y5 {$ s/ f+ L
Operational:
- g% a5 w* v* q7 g" s& R; Q( T1 yo Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
+ g( r, @5 W1 t9 T/ ?o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
3 ~: ]9 ]& q+ ~, `3 n# no Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
, x3 o, Q: o9 h# O% u |- ^o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

; e ?2 K4 R8 p: `3 p& n- xo Telephone and reception.
) f3 `8 U: W" C3 _( y2 ^+ yo Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.6 B8 f M, h/ }( }# Z$ j' d1 \% o
o Hotel and travel bookings.9 H' z, `+ h0 F+ _5 K
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
4 t# d' Y; `' R* n: q Zo Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Other administrative tasks as required and/or as assigned.
