Position Title: Administrator

Major Responsibilities: 0 K6 D. s8 Y* r1 T

General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

( {+ [8 O7 p3 t2 V* j" A3 f' PAccounting and Admin: c7 _0 t9 h0 S5 H) C
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
v9 L& g/ |! ^) `o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.9 Q7 E( m, a& S4 d
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.
1 v% G2 Z# h5 so Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.& F j- Y$ f! E/ B0 s
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
# r0 B4 P6 `6 T/ z7 _. |% ]o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
1 i% k9 I5 k/ l& [6 D0 v& n; {! Zo Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
2 ]/ ^7 k. w, Co Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
' ]/ ]0 j7 E# a) qo Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

; ^* {( V% U/ U; x/ A9 @: Do Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
! V# G* w* ]4 ?o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
# V, O/ ` o# M2 k1 N) bo Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.2 w3 {6 `- F0 R5 `0 ^- ^
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

$ J0 X' f' w* d2 Go Telephone and reception.* d* m4 i# S" I: T; i
o Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.7 ^- {: D6 y: }9 |& y
o Hotel and travel bookings.
! @* {8 s. b1 s" F/ ]o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.6 `7 ?+ b" D: ~+ w9 H1 k6 `! C: @
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.
