8 Z' M9 A& q- C, o% y" {6 NMajor Responsibilities:
" L/ _2 o& H9 j1 w$ D# L•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.& K1 M: O. Y" w7 w6 G* A
•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.7 Y7 b* n9 B$ n" p; N1 {
•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  
% q8 I. ]6 T6 P) A•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.
: b+ i2 r+ u; f' C2 G•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.( V" B2 p8 A8 {9 Y: N: N
•        Actively seek new sales channels and opportunities throughout the entire area.

•        Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive., e# s) T4 Q4 Y( A
•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.

•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.) _. G/ Q' s9 T' {: \
•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.+ G' ]- s) Y* u; U  M# s5 B
•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.: s$ J) z. V3 N3 d2 i& L9 \
•        Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required.

8 J" ?2 r% S2 C0 c•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment.
