2. Performs programming, space planning, furniture selection, layout, casework,
! @/ |) ~) A% k4 N+ Pproduct pricing, design and selection of fabrics and finishes, includes as-built" J8 l8 L$ L7 B% v) {% @
drawings, block plans, space plans and finished working drawings for
# _' x) y6 N8 ~" S9 f6 D. Rspecification and installation.% _0 H2 e! j ^1 f1 r! g. x
3. Provides professional customer interface by attending client planning
4 n# S- D+ N/ R1 tmeetings to determine furniture needs and develops solutions to meet these# y1 j6 L2 {& f$ `
needs.
% ~' W" K, w, d# @. G4. Offers technical design and creative consultation to customers by answering5 E7 Y6 x7 r2 P* p
routine and highly specialized questions regarding furniture systems.6 j O* z) F8 c1 M
5. Coordinates, develops, and reviews proposed project designs and construction) x) w9 s3 R2 {0 ^; Y4 O
plans. Prepares presentation material including color finish boards. Reviews job
4 D1 i% r8 f2 B+ N9 w7 Asite in order to perform accurate measurements. Will do plan-to-site adherence

6. Validates plans against construction, electrical engineering and Architect
7 Q+ h3 l3 x v% T _( u/ `5 R/ M& Design (A&D) drawing sets.
/ r6 p( _; g- w) z: G# E/ {7. Develops project specifications, double checks specifications against plans,- f) Z: [5 H' T* I$ m) g' r+ F
assures specifications are ready for order entry (SIF file), and manages changes1 [" i& w( j' B& x# j, w2 O8 I
and revisions.
/ w) L) [0 m0 X7 `' t8. Verifies the company design standards have been met. Provides on-site job
) t4 \9 d" N/ a" J9 rinspections comparing construction drawings to final build-out.
% Z+ D3 \6 n2 p6 P+ I8 }8 F$ o9. Tracks, records and ties design hours to specific projects for job costing.

11. Participates in work-in-progress (WIP) and open order backlog review

knowledge of systems furniture, and experience in customer interaction required.
