and loan interest (3 years prime-0.85) total $1100/month. Not too bad.
! J8 \. O  N9 Z4 m1 F0 SAlso bought a new luxury apartment in China last month with $150,000.
" K! g# R" m! GThat unit worths $160,000 this month.
" L  K' r$ w0 j+ {/ DDon't talk too much, just do it.

I don't want to invest in China either. But $1= 7.75 RMB is hard to resist.
I am not regreted so far even though I cannot catch the $1= 8.10 RMB prime.
