这个区不错。同样的新房，估计在Builder那儿新建要65万以上，建好还得等1年多。有条件的同学可以看看。

大多数builder,实木地板都属于upgrade的。

Can't you read English? I have stated the builder already.

9 }7 ]1 w# `4 g4 m! xThe base model is $520k. This one is an expanded version (mostly extra room on the garage) of  the NewCastle model. You can contact the builder and ask for a quote, if you are really interested.

I have already stated that, in the same area, $520k can buy you a base model with about 470 sq meter lot. A larger lot, such as this one, would cost $20k more, and choosing the extension would cost another $20k~$40k.

8 P5 R9 k! y8 V! z: }( N5 qI just don't understand why is this one "超值" when it's priced above the builder's existing spec home. However, I do acknowledge that the pricing of this one is not as mad as some of the other Comfree listings.

I would say it's "超值" when it's 10% below the builder's price.

Currently, the only deals are on the MLS, not Comfree.

529.2 平米 的 Lot Size上 建了 2419 尺 的房子，估计没什么院子了吧。

1 P7 e# }6 e! u. N; i对新房子来说，5700sqft的lot也不算小啦。要想lot大，就只能买旧房了。
