最近很郁闷

想买房,可房价一个劲地掉啊,郁闷,买了能保值么?

房价涨了,买不起房;房价跌了,不敢买房。。。。。。。。。

I am suprised that I cannot find a decent unit from start of June.
9 o2 w# x/ u$ g1 `/ `. x- LI bought my last condo in May. I thought the market is going down, and try to snap another one this summer.

Well, they don't even give me a counter offer. Just decline right away.5 Z- i; G( ^' [& c5 n- t6 ^! m
Can anyone, give me some info? I like concrete condo, 2,3 bedrooms, price around $250---350,000.8 j7 |) ~8 M1 k" g: `' C; H

1元1元地往上加, 直到他们晕了, 协议就会达成.

I read the statistics data from MLS, it said that 60% deal accept less in last month. And average closing price is around $10,000 less than the list price.
, W, a% G- ^3 l+ uWell, looks like those owners sell in comfree, are not that desperate as I thought. Maybe I should try MLS again. By the way, all my properties are bought from MLS.( Y2 d. d' d0 B3 n
As a buyer, I guess choosing MLS would be better off. The seller's agent can do a good job to persuade seller to accept a lower offer. (don't hit me with brick, I am not from MLS)2 z& H$ T6 V% I  e7 ?" M
I have to add one more, there are really not many good units in current market.

以前听一个中国经纪说过,有些国人,看个房子,看半年,半年间房子不知涨多少了,终于下定决心要买了,看房子降了一点,还是不会买
$ M7 [+ P1 K/ \/ G" d0 G这种人就算等房子降到10块钱,他还会考虑会不会还降到1块,还会观望.; H& c+ b% ]; }; Y2 f0 u

; F% A4 A  C$ ]3 |0 Myour price range is well enough for a 2-bed concrete building or some 3-bed. whether you can knock 10000 or 100000 off from their list price it is very subjective to the seller. if that is a great condo unit and priced right on the market, if i am the seller, i won't even deduct more than a $1000.   there is a minor decline (or i should say an adjustment) on the price, but this is just for some of the expensive houses, so on average it looks like going down for few % as a whole.
