( y& e6 [& N' t4 G/ c" u1 |4 I* AThe Non-ferrous laborer must be able to properly identify and sort non-ferrous metals. Applies knowledge of non-ferrous metals to properly identify materials when interacting with customers. Prepares non-ferrous materials for transport. Both indoor and outdoor, fast-paced setting.

Must be able to sort, process, grade non-ferrous materials: L. Q1 i c6 b
Inspects material for hazardous waste and grades different types of non-ferrous materials

Must be able to work safely at all times! O9 @1 v8 V7 ]7 a+ E1 k
Be able to effectively perform tasks independently) S4 B) T1 U T
Performs routine housekeeping.

Understand and be able to grade all non-ferrous material properly

Experience stripping equipment and/or with manual material sorting
% U# |9 b# G8 |9 R- F3 o+ ZKnowledge of non-ferrous processing
& r* s; M. H( qHigh school diploma (Or GED), D# h' x% P* k B( q8 r
Well-articulated and assertive
% I( U J5 N$ _8 B; LAbility to effectively communicate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations to supervisors, maintenance personnel and other employees of the organization$ B% O" B8 _1 Z
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
