southgate附近townhouse出租

th位于southgate附近（走路7分钟到southgate mall，坐车2站路，总共3个room（全部在楼上，出租楼上的其中2个room。
包水电暖及网络，500dollar/room/person，多一人加50dollar。每个room最多2人入住。
可以提供一个车位。

11月开始入住。
