最近看上一辆二手车，在local dealer提供的carproof report上显示车之前都是在东部Ontario行驶的，请问买这样的车有什么要注意的地方吗？还有就是车的service里程不是很consistent，service之间差了大半年，或者公里数相差1万多，这个有什么说法吗？是carproof report不够精确没有记录下所有的service？链接是这个车的carproof report：

未见异常，service时间，里程数间隔不同是车主没及时做或者做了没记录，it is not a big deal. 不太建议买安省车，底盘锈蚀教严重，因为那里撒盐多

Car from east more rust, because they using lots salt in winter and also used car cheaper in there than here that's why dealer bring car to here sell

有的人会认为包起来不可能做到100%，会锈的更厉害。这辆车要多少钱？
