Qualifications
( N( i; j) V& A$ e+ ~5 nMinimum academic requirement is completion of Grade 12. A minimum of one year’s experience in library or related customer service work is essential. A strong customer service orientation, demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work positively and effectively in a team environment are essential. A working knowledge of personal computers in a Windows environment and mousing/keyboarding skills is essential. Must be physically able to carry out the requirements of the position. 1 j- W, B0 r( w4 n g- s( P1 v
