得先申请Labour market impact assessment. 拿VISITOR VISA的话, 没有那么容易的.

What is an open work permit?

8 B2 N' k, R$ }& w5 Y& bAn open work permit is a work permit that is not job-specific. Because it is not job-specific, you will not need:

1 C# H) g4 z7 A9 x# G* e, oan authorization from Employment and Social Development Canada (known as a Labour Market Impact Assessment, or LMIA), or
proof that an employer has submitted the Offer of Employment form, and
! }8 J/ Q1 ]& K1 h5 r5 dpaid the employer compliance fee to Citizenship and Immigration Canada when you apply for your work permit.
