得先申请Labour market impact assessment. 拿VISITOR VISA的话, 没有那么容易的.

你说的是work permit， 这个是open work permit

An open work permit is a work permit that is not job-specific. Because it is not job-specific, you will not need:

an authorization from Employment and Social Development Canada (known as a Labour Market Impact Assessment, or LMIA), or
1 R$ p3 q% d7 @! _/ i5 mproof that an employer has submitted the Offer of Employment form, and
) J, d- D, C' _, e- T6 cpaid the employer compliance fee to Citizenship and Immigration Canada when you apply for your work permit.
