Trying to answer your answers,

2. Decline bench press;
. z3 U2 o5 _5 m* e+ ABoth of excercises can use dumbbells or barbells as weights. 8-20 reps for more definition purpose, lighter weights; close to 8 reps for strength training and muscle building, heavier weights.
