I have been looking into Windermere.' G! E) t* }- R J. S4 U0 z
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St. D. o& a# K5 O* W$ P
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
8 ^& H' s6 [/ T8 RThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.7 |8 F" |6 R5 g; w6 h) J8 P e$ U, Q

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
