This option is automatically included for all applicants up to age 59, and can be purchased for ages 60 to 85 (provided the applicant is eligible). Z$ w% q0 }6 r" b' e1 e: mWhen the option is included or purchased, exclusion 1 in the policy is modified such that, after any applicable waiting period, a stable chronic4 D. x- X- X8 }4 P
condition (as defined) is covered under the policy.
“Stable Chronic Condition” means: a condition which is under treatment and which has been controlled by consistent use of medication prescribed by a “physician”; and3 A5 Y9 `% J3 U3 g$ y
• there have been no new symptoms or change in symptoms; and/or , E9 z0 I& f k: M• there has been no “hospitalization”or change in treatment, medication or dosage in the 180 days prior to the “effective date” of this policy. K6 C: kIf “your” “physician” has determined that “your” health condition has improved and changes “your” treatment or medication or its dosages due to “your” improved health condition, this does not constitute a change.
