换地板和刷墙

换800sf 的地板什么价算是好价钱阿？就是把旧的地板拆了换新的普通的地板。

想省钱最好自己动手，不然拆旧再装新的12mm怎么都要$5/sq ft。刷漆大概是$2/sq ft. 如果有人能给你报6K左右赶紧答应。

i have a friend , white guy at his early 60s,who is retired and  looking to do some extra work. He has lots experiece and very nice. I found a few painting jobs before in here for him. Everybody was happy with his work and price. he also does  lots other handyman's work.
