关于新房GSTREBATE ，有没有新房的价钱限制，还有必须是第一套房吗？

我已经找到答案了。

8 l7 o& z2 t% ^7 g0 G- dIn many cases, purchasers may be eligible to claim a GST Rebate for a portion of the GST they pay on the purchase price or cost of building a new home.

New home buyers can apply for a 36% rebate of the 5% GST applicable to the purchase price to a maximum of $6,300 for homes costing $350,000 or less (before GST).
: z8 U' j4 s7 D& R
. y2 Y4 P0 E1 c' H2 J% g3 T8 ]For new homes priced between $350,000 and $450,000 (before GST), the GST Rebate is reduced proportionately.

/ C; O/ m9 d1 F2 U3 q/ d: ONew homes priced $450,000 or higher (before GST) are not eligible to receive a GST Rebate.
