关于新房GSTREBATE ，有没有新房的价钱限制，还有必须是第一套房吗？

& Z& [( o$ w: W1 K, ~8 L& m9 K1 RIn many cases, purchasers may be eligible to claim a GST Rebate for a portion of the GST they pay on the purchase price or cost of building a new home.

! W: w+ L4 i4 M2 e1 Q% pNew home buyers can apply for a 36% rebate of the 5% GST applicable to the purchase price to a maximum of $6,300 for homes costing $350,000 or less (before GST).

For new homes priced between $350,000 and $450,000 (before GST), the GST Rebate is reduced proportionately.

2 R9 Z1 a- J% T/ aNew homes priced $450,000 or higher (before GST) are not eligible to receive a GST Rebate.

没看见Alberta省在这个GST Rebate里。

这边没有这个东西吧？好像就一个5000的Tax Credit
