新移民申请各福利时被要求填写去年税单line150收入数字，是不是要补报去年税啊？

2011年不算加拿大税务居民，没有报税义务。可是申请低收入者福利以及ESL funding时候，都需要填写税单line 150数字，还说他们会去CRA获取数据。
: k( B9 K5 r1 C- u6 t8 m8 K（我6月份申请了一个低收入家庭的牙医等福利，被退回告知要提供Notice of  Accessment）
这是不是意味着我们得首先申报2011年的全年收入啊？

你填税局的福利的表格的左下角有表格的编号，你告诉我编号，我帮你看看吧。

这个还真不知道，看来你只能打电话去税务局问了，www.cra.gc.ca 去上面查查电话号码吧。

税局的表格是很好找的，所有表格都有编号，分门别类。

% [" g% n8 C3 ~0 i, h: f# H) a如果我时间多，可以自己学习报税。不过我这次申请ESL funding时间很紧，只有一个月了，所以我需要付费请人报税。

It's sure LZ a non-resident in Canada for 2011. But how to satisfy the requirement for applying low income family benefit? Just curious to know that does LZ have to file her income tax return for 2011?

You can file your income tax return for 2011 anytime if you have to. Also you must file your first Canadian income tax return in paper form. You may download a tax return preparation software from CRA website as the link follow: http://netfile.gc.ca/sftwr-eng.html. Use any one of the softwares to prepare your tax return. Then print it out and mail it to CRA. Check your message box if you have any question.

背景事实:
2011年我短登温哥华两周，其他时间均在中国。我们既没有购置任何资产，也没有申请牛奶金等福利，没有与加拿大有实质经济联系。

根据我的税务知识，和对加拿大对税务居民定义的浅显理解，2011年度我不属于税务居民，没有报税义务。我的报税义务应该始于2012年度。

目前最大问题是我想读一个学期的ESL，MacEwan的工作人员说不需要在爱省住满3个月，可是申请funding的表格上面要求我提供line 150 from your most recent income tax return，说还会去CRA取证。所以我就有了这个怀疑。申请不到funding或者读不读ESL我都不是特别在意，只是感觉困惑和迷茫。。。 most recent income tax return意味着什么？2011年度，抑或2012年6月份？我可以申报2012年6月税表吗？

花了半个小时生成了一张2011年税表，估计很多错误！不管有没有用，加拿大的报税工具确实比国内好用些。

I just got the confirmation from CRA that our previous understanding is correct.  I am not eligible for filling 2011 tax return and I have to wait until the end of 2012 to have my first tax return.  So I need explain my case to ESL center.

ada，你可以申请一个去年的GST/HST退税表，那上面会要求填你去年的收入。。。
4 b8 Q  R! n/ C8 l& K, B这样，你好歹有个assessment了。。。
我一个朋友在Calgary就是这么做的，而且他是今年刚登陆的纯新移民。。。
