A Fort McMurray man was announced Thursday as the winner of $21.8 million in last week's Lotto Max draw.

Fowler had been carrying around his ticket for days before checking the numbers at a local gas station. Now he's making plans for his winnings.$ L# m- [7 M: f1 `, Y- h

"Help my family get debt-free, do some travelling, see the world," he said. "I'm going to retire next week."
