call city number (Call Before You Dig number), cause I am going to build a deck, not sure if I need to call
put top soil
call to get final grading approved
build deck
build stone path and flower bed
build fence
put grass on top
& v/ R1 b. R C. K( V! X1 k! i) k

You should finish final grading before building deck. Otherwise the elevation under your deck will be lower than other place and water will flow to it.
