LINC在爱省的免费学习时间长度为1200小时，参加者的要求可以参见联邦的规定：
Eligible clients are limited to:
8 g! g0 ]4 U6 `, A2 o# j  O•        Permanent Residents of Canada who have not become Canadian citizens;
5 H9 {$ \3 O& l3 |) v•        Protected persons as defined in Section 95 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA);
8 P; L, ?) r# k5 ^: D•        Individuals who have been selected, in Canada or overseas, to become permanent residents pending completion of medical, security and criminal verification statutory requirements, and who have been informed, by a letter from Citizenship and Immigration Canada;
" o. Y+ _( r. b( A1 ?•        Convention refugees and protected persons overseas who have been selected for resettlement in Canada by Citizenship and immigration Canada;
5 M, W7 U2 P' b- e2 v& b, w•        Live-in Caregivers
o        Applicants overseas who have been informed, by a letter of confirmation from Citizenship and Immigration Canada, of the approval of their temporary work permit are eligible to receive services under the Canadian Orientation Abroad (COA) initiative,
, q: X  L, u4 m8 c+ M# z5 Xo        Applicants in Canada and in possession of a temporary work permit issued under the Live-in Caregiver Program are eligible for all settlement services with the exception of language training.
