父母探亲能停留多长时间？

父母第一次来探亲，但护照上没有写停留时间，也没个文件说明或卡（如美国的I94卡）。我们也不知道他们到底能呆在这多久。有知情的朋友吗？谢谢了。

我父亲进关的时候说是6个月，从你进关的邮戳开始算日子！

$ e) l# ?( l% V" JWhen you arrived in Canada and gave your passport to the officer, they authorized your stay by placing a stamp in your passport and/or issuing an additional document. Check your passport. If you find a stamp, it should look like one of these.

护照上没有您出示右边的印章和手写的日期，只有左边的印章。应该停留多少天啊。是不是现在都不给印章了？
