I bought my house when I had a work permit. No other restriction. 15% down payment.
Rules could have been changed though. Go check with the bank.

只要有工作，收入达到要求，不看什么身份。我就是拿工签的时候买的，中介会要你的工资证明，但是不会要求身份证明。
