是不是Ontario的井蛙认为Ontario就是加拿大？Ontario的法律同样适用于Alberta？

在Alberta，根本没有“rent deposit”，只有Security Deposit。房客付了Security Deposit，同样有义务付最后一个月的房租。Security Deposit可以用来付房客造成的损失。

Landlords collect the last month's rent, or if rent is paid weekly the last week's rent, at the beginning of the tenancy and pay the tenant interest based on the Ontario Consumer Price Index (the rate of inflation for the year running from June to May). Under the Residential Tenancies Act, the rate of interest to be paid annually to a tenant is equivalent to the rent increase guideline of the same year. At the beginning of the next year, to be paid out every year. This deposit may only be applied to the last month's rent. It is not considered a damage or security deposit.

帖子讨论的是最有一个月不交房租有没有合理性，跟哪个省的法律没有关系。 既然别的省有相关的法律就说明有这种合理性的可能。

楼主应该回中国，用加拿大的法律过中国的日子。既然加拿大有相关的法律就说明很多在加拿大合法的事情在中国就有行为上的合理性。
