5 A# V, F V: e: m' t* p1 k Facilitate delivery of safe and supportive drop-in programming, while supervising youth.
7 i5 T. R( j( p1 R) x4 T Coordinate food and recreational programs on and off-site.
3 z6 X* Q8 s( E: J8 | Provide positive role-modeling and maintaining a healthy atmosphere for the youth.
/ F- x) t: G* ` Completing required paperwork.! _4 p0 M+ o, D- e; m( r
 Attending scheduled staff meetings and workshops.: e# w3 B3 O5 A) D
 Following and implementing all program policies and procedures.8 U6 _2 C+ k! l. r2 G) m* L% `/ S
 Maintaining confidentiality of client and program personnel information. u# q+ T# }0 e
 Representing the Teen Centre in a professional manner./ X* G r8 H; ?& }/ K! E5 N
 Maintaining professional boundaries between clients and staff./ Z T; z' R6 r8 c* y0 ~
 Provide additional support to the program as needed under the direction of the Program Manager.( J- @! x8 U! Q. ?8 W
 Reporting to the Program Manager on a Regular basis.% S- \' E* }2 }4 w0 c

/ t! K$ x" {* j$ ? Some post-secondary education needed OR a minimum 6 months related experience.
& `; Z" {5 Z) ]' r Strong interpersonal, communications, teamwork, leadership and organizational skills.9 X5 e9 C( \# E' D: ~
 Non-judgemental and empathetic attitude towards high-risk youth.
& w9 x6 X1 n9 X) T+ q9 ^ Broad knowledge base on issues affecting high risk youth: addictions, abuse, Aboriginal and other cultures, poverty, sexuality, etc.

 Criminal Record Clearance and Child Welfare Information System Clearance.
9 H7 w* c4 d0 C! k9 A Standard First Aid and Suicide Intervention Training.
