院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
2 ]; r4 I' }7 f7 _$ k1 cup water 250 ml , o% ^! _) s' d$ {/ Y
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
) b5 M3 d) H% _6 x1/2 cup sugar 125 ml

! _ r, x6 y7 \Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.5 t' i( m( n0 r$ o7 q" T! Z6 i: Q
