院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

2 ~" c$ l' g( n3 d# H1 d/ P/ J, e3 cups saskatoons 750 ml ' z: J) ^ @1 g8 V
1 cup water 250 ml
8 P4 x# W1 }/ M& W7 a2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
. ~% x1 l6 W }" T+ s1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
' S* \! K1 j& A. ~% ^" Ajuice of 1 lemon* 1

4 ?7 g/ e' u$ v6 f' dPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
