院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

+ m: m5 H6 x$ J/ v/ e- v1 V3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
, G8 u: ^. Q4 R4 O1 cup water 250 ml
. [# u' v5 Z0 H) q; b- B2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
, e8 B; Y/ Y& d7 O6 Q1/2 cup sugar 125 ml

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.& _! _& |: g; a* l

*Grate the rind from the lemon and store in freezer for making “S’toons ‘n Stuff Muffins”.
