院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml 8 ~0 r4 b! C3 R( H2 |5 G
1 cup water 250 ml , s. k$ |$ F. h( x) F. e) U
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 4 w3 {) p7 p# I% N
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml 2 s% F8 {1 C8 |( M# p
juice of 1 lemon* 1 ' n" a" P4 U" }9 c& N* h
: Y/ B" V" l" wPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.. @0 J6 G5 X3 G7 o9 q% l
