院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享, g) d) a, D! N1 [& x& |) e6 D2 z& v

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE 5 [9 i3 s, U& h! A
, d- o3 ]* h3 C I& ~3 cups saskatoons 750 ml

4 l2 a5 o9 V9 N H/ ]2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml . S, \1 V/ f. V0 R% S) V" ~3 k
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml % E( M2 h3 b7 W/ a8 k, m
juice of 1 lemon* 1 ! n' R! s/ a6 h/ N/ f; A- s, `, K

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.$ c6 l% u5 q7 G& z, `% H8 G+ h
