院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
3 i. L- f0 H# B4 v8 V" d7 I1 cup water 250 ml
5 c3 n4 e4 D: W4 j \4 Q2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
' P0 y+ X: j0 }1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
8 W; r. K& G$ o& {* N" Q" L# Yjuice of 1 lemon* 1 8 z+ ^, \( p1 E
9 r# N4 p' n+ J K, }Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
