院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE
2 C) W% k, p( U , m1 [/ o! g' U3 X
3 cups saskatoons 750 ml # y/ ?6 ~" b: I: s
1 cup water 250 ml
& S9 }9 B% Q' e5 h4 [/ g8 \2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml

juice of 1 lemon* 1

& j+ {3 c( Q9 \7 x6 e2 UPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.' _4 I' `4 l& D6 Z* Y; m9 s( p
