院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享" w& p$ k/ d7 a- d' \. m, C/ {% v8 X

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE / q4 N# m i4 n. R- m. |
4 Z% G9 T( G) v6 U4 u+ i! z3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
9 N% m$ F' m. o! m- G1 cup water 250 ml
4 n# `% X8 c$ {' O+ ~: K2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml # _$ G* ?6 r) i) O0 J9 u' i$ O
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
$ E2 n6 T1 B$ e# P: Ajuice of 1 lemon* 1 2 a& X0 k. Y& [& N1 n ^
( r3 {/ ~! [# H2 V/ p; RPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.: M Z! u: Y) k. J- E
