Good news for all homeowners and potential buyers. The ridiculous, unfair and anti-competitive rules of CREA should have been stopped long time ago, those rules enable them to have a big bite of the owners' liquidity/assets and put a direct burden on buyers' wallets.  Anyway, right thing comes late better than never. Let's hope this time the Bureau is successful in making a change in favor of buyers/owners. This post may be offensive to members of CREA but I just can't help to voice out.
