• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
) [& }- |) B; z6 a• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.8 v- w/ z0 @0 I9 y( x
• SAP match reporting and monthly management

• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.4 C) T3 }; g3 h* O1 C7 G, r6 l
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.

• Grade 12 or equivalent7 L ^& t, [; D) o5 c
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)+ ^$ w! q/ r J% e! Y
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience9 A" o" J: X; x
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater6 O4 H3 ?) N* ?+ W
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. ( ?, ^2 Z# W, F! [+ K; j
• Attention to detail is required.
