• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
; ~9 G4 u0 ^9 n. M% V• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.0 J1 N6 w2 e* I9 j+ A
• SAP match reporting and monthly management8 b- N; M9 d1 e7 n. N8 q
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies., R7 X5 E; S( f. o, a
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
& v" u! p0 [4 ?8 ]) t. F, w• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.. N1 e, D- P2 Z$ p$ j
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• 3-5 years of related administrative experience9 G1 j5 h. V4 B5 w
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
