• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.

• SAP match reporting and monthly management) R6 c4 ~" e( c0 x/ @ y3 F
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.3 X- y8 x2 n% i5 _2 p3 h
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.

• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

Education / Experience

• 3-5 years of related administrative experience+ j. p# k/ p) Z: ~- X
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater% \$ q( {! |* H2 u, ]& C
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. 2 K- U* w* h ^3 e$ l+ a6 g

• High level of customer service skills is a must.
