Full/Part Time: Full-Time

Job Duties / Responsibilities: r1 e+ P: V' m8 Q  u& A
• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
; |4 E; X7 e- }" H• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.( @! [& a- W4 f3 s1 u0 g! ?8 g# h' \
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
/ y) ~! i& V- S! u* m& F2 \6 S• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
5 h( j* q3 o3 C3 B/ O! R9 p• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.$ o5 {% x+ N3 u. N( v. B' u
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
: x9 V, x6 G7 q' s' T• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.4 h# {1 G1 X; @: o% n
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.0 w2 [6 S% z" |; N
• Order business cards as required.
, y) l5 w& \, s4 Z1 u• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)
5 [* `! R- f0 B7 ~, V• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.
! T1 f9 ^' O, x3 t$ s7 Q" g# m• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.( C: z* i7 f$ N' N$ M# v8 O3 ]
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.
* Y  ?* `0 i' e0 p% H• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

Education / Experience- U. H  U# a8 ^# `7 C) j! Q" p4 |2 G
• Grade 12 or equivalent
- d2 n; O( Q! s# p; ~  Z7 q7 Y• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)  A6 p# N1 G* m
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
4 _8 u& |$ v; \6 L7 T6 `7 |• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
/ Y; g  ^$ A6 N* F4 [• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
( |  }) U8 c/ ?, Z/ y1 u5 w• Attention to detail is required. 3 |7 ~9 s% H. _+ q9 |, K
• High level of customer service skills is a must.& }) R$ a/ Q, C, f. s, U
• Good planning and co-ordination skills.2 f" Z( G& j$ P! {  a
• Shorthand/Word processing skills.

• Prior work experience with SAP is an asset.
