8 U9 V$ {! \  D) G$ u• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.4 x4 r* j: [8 {+ ]# F
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
8 W. f4 F) i# W( ^2 W- P• SAP match reporting and monthly management) b  h* m; y  G
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
' K- \* ]+ y" w• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required." {1 F3 T+ Q1 h, @
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.4 N1 k5 G. `3 x& `5 S
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
* N8 K) V4 L* P2 `3 b* U: q• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.- `7 x, s$ t0 C& S* z
• Order business cards as required.! n2 O8 g) {' ?1 i# ?5 Z$ i) M* e
• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)4 V# O* [" Z7 }2 B+ @. b
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.; M; w6 t9 Q8 `" m# _# l$ r, ~$ R/ \) i
• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.
! S* O+ n. \% |1 `2 l3 Z• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.+ S# {6 j: z+ z1 a
• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training. _" c) {1 v9 y

Education / Experience
* J8 F. m- E3 M9 [• Grade 12 or equivalent
: u7 M) f7 Q* Y! n  P, t- ~, K• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar), E$ J* x( h* s1 @, ^9 |( w
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience6 ?6 m: o  L% \; \  ?
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
; [* H# d& U- }& Q1 s. k• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. ; b9 d. R8 {( T% n5 e* t" |2 L+ K
• Attention to detail is required. % p% C" c, I+ U1 z' X( n5 x$ B
• High level of customer service skills is a must." o3 _6 K, G( m2 N, l
• Good planning and co-ordination skills." D2 t6 L1 J& V/ ]" R* N
• Shorthand/Word processing skills.

• Prior work experience with SAP is an asset.
