The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.- j' {3 }, R# L) {0 z

We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.7 h9 X% a1 Z0 W# L% P

•        Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
+ w# u9 Q3 a8 s3 K•        Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
" }& K' J4 g1 E: v•        Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach ! B) S- t0 e- _
•        Promoting TBL products and services
, u. |) Z. f7 F" U# e( Y% C* P•        Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance 4 G  T4 Y4 _$ ?& t- e* X, l
•        Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
4 G* N$ _8 s9 \% A0 K8 K) h•        Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta 9 n$ K# @5 V% m* y7 P
•        Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry

•        Arranging catering for various meetings
. x" T) w7 ?% ]4 H% `; e•        Opening and closing of The Business Link Office
+ z+ d0 \. \2 e! e: v5 J; j3 G•        Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times

Education and Experience0 F% k4 v% P: x" u+ Q

•        Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience
6 `) d! U( o# L: A( d•        Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling8 S& ?. a* Z1 d
•        College Certificate or Diploma in related field.# d: K  c% u) ]& y/ u& X* C
3 z6 K+ V# O8 s* b5 X
