Help! --Chinese input

I have done everything i can but my chinese input still doesn't work! this is waht i have done:
8 t- X; f1 \: z$ V% ]$ f
Control panel -- Date, time, language and rigional options -- add another language--languages--details --Add Chinese(PRC)
" m: R) z* L" e$ X6 b/ s$ o
# g  o0 d- R( H0 w$ mA "language bar help" icon (shown as a question-mark icon)then appears on my desktop bottom bar instead of language bar. I can do nothing further.
7 D- R$ m" p$ B0 l$ }# s
I am desperated! Anyone can advise? Thanks!!

I think so, i can see i have two keyboard inputs now, but the problem is that i can not shift to Chinese when i press Alt-Shift

你是用XP吗？想想当初你装OS时候是否将支持东方语言的软件包同时安装上呢？
