Help! --Chinese input

I have done everything i can but my chinese input still doesn't work! this is waht i have done:

. H) S* @4 [" ]4 |6 mControl panel -- Date, time, language and rigional options -- add another language--languages--details --Add Chinese(PRC)
. M* k5 B* O  A5 A8 Y- V
- |8 l( m1 T" @# P9 R2 v. j/ `A "language bar help" icon (shown as a question-mark icon)then appears on my desktop bottom bar instead of language bar. I can do nothing further.

I am desperated! Anyone can advise? Thanks!!

I think so, i can see i have two keyboard inputs now, but the problem is that i can not shift to Chinese when i press Alt-Shift

xp应该有很多中文输入键盘格式可以选，你选的哪一种?

你是用XP吗？想想当初你装OS时候是否将支持东方语言的软件包同时安装上呢？
