The City of Edmonton Bylaw #13145 defines a "restricted dog" as any dog:

$ ]' Q$ D6 c. ZThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw
- h3 t- @& V5 U* h0 [: {- v$ b5 v0 _That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw ! z0 y5 K5 ~% Y& m; T% K! S
That has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act
/ L/ \( G/ T' t; ^% {Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
