That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw
5 p2 c2 y5 D% O& @/ `That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw ; U2 F6 B% x9 C2 Q2 O% D# x
That has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act , b* n8 `- {6 ?8 ~- a# u6 ^: T
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
