 What to do if you are in a car accident

Step1. If possible, stop your car in a safe and visible place. If a car

: t2 C/ i5 J9 b# a! zStep4. If another vehicle is involved, get the car’s year, make, model 5 K/ Z$ W8 @2 H4 V
and license plate number; the driver’s name, address and license

driver does not own the car, get the name of the car’s owner.

witnesses. If you have a camera take pictures of the accident ' c6 p- `2 C0 E% M0 p7 Y+ f

accepting money, you may give up your right to file a claim

Step9. Write an account of what happened: time of day, weather,

skid marks and determine the point of impact. Note any damage
