2:16 耶和华神吩咐他说,园中各样树上的果子,你可以随意吃。6 e: h: X7 h+ f: n
And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: # ~. `# A" X8 k% N" U
2:17 只是分别善恶树上的果子,你不可吃,因为你吃的日子必定死。- d5 d! a1 {" Q6 Y/ v$ s8 @1 w
But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die

3:14 耶和华神对蛇说,你既作了这事,就必受咒诅,比一切的牲畜野兽更甚。你必用肚子行走,终身吃土。: [. R7 O- T8 c- N7 Q5 w$ C/ N
And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: , A2 |# N, L! Q% A3 }2 c% Z
3:15 我又要叫你和女人彼此为仇。你的后裔和女人的后裔也彼此为仇。女人的后裔要伤你的头,你要伤他的脚跟。
$ L+ C0 O: _, cAnd I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
9 f' a$ i6 \+ @, Y% O' @9 W; B2 l3:16 又对女人说,我必多多加增你怀胎的苦楚,你生产儿女必多受苦楚。你必恋慕你丈夫,你丈夫必管辖你。
# ?! y$ Q$ @7 e$ n1 X GUnto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. & ]6 z8 |; F5 G/ @, h
3:17 又对亚当说,你既听从妻子的话,吃了我所吩咐你不可吃的那树上的果子,地必为你的缘故受咒诅。你必终身劳苦,才能从地里得吃的。
$ i+ P' s+ Q; @$ i3 K% [And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;
V0 G% d; G4 r7 q; V3:18 地必给你长出荆棘和蒺藜来,你也要吃田间的菜蔬。6 a( b' ~: _/ N$ J: U) j
Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field; 4 n! Q# D$ W: Q( P7 \. c% S9 N
3:19 你必汗流满面才得糊口,直到你归了土,因为你是从土而出的。你本是尘土,仍要归于尘土。

3:20 亚当给他妻子起名叫夏娃,因为她是众生之母。
/ a: @3 J) N5 S, e' w$ yAnd Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living. / k3 l" ^3 |( v6 j$ k _
3:21 耶和华神为亚当和他妻子用皮子作衣服给他们穿。$ _6 P: v V$ C% d; o4 X! s$ z& h+ c
Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them. 3 Y! k. d2 G. ^3 r% o7 o( _
3:22 耶和华神说,那人已经与我们相似,能知道善恶。现在恐怕他伸手又摘生命树的果子吃,就永远活着。, C' B8 y" |" [% Z8 l
And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever: $ ?: R$ c6 w. g' Q# @" a
3:23 耶和华神便打发他出伊甸园去,耕种他所自出之土。% R& ?5 d% B( x2 C, v+ j; m* {+ r
Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.
7 |2 E& S4 X' W5 [- m3:24 于是把他赶出去了。又在伊甸园的东边安设基路伯和四面转动发火焰的剑,要把守生命树的道路。5 m0 G: o" r- \
So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life. |
