烤蛋糕
INGREDIENTS:

8 v+ W% I/ Y3 n1 \& v8 {* e" d. g• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if you like the flavor, otherwise, none)$ {' Y7 |$ Y) I& @( R/ ]
• 1 1/2 cups sifted flour or all purpose flour (former is better)
6 ?1 p: i" B7 y9 o0 P• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

2 O5 R C* W+ t1 _/ j$ t" EPREPARATION:
7 H! Z! ]" e' I" QBeat butter; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; add to cream mixture alternately with beaten eggs, beating well after each addition. ) a: \5 Q* [0 U' y3 M5 `7 D
Turn into greased and floured 8-inch tube pan or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
4 Z8 X: p3 S1 g: x' tBake in a preheated 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a cake rack. Cool and glaze or frost as desired. Store tightly covered.

这是yellow cake,我最喜欢的,又简单。ingredients 我一般比较严格执行,否则变味,但是我通常要把糖的用量减至3/4到2/3,洋人用糖量太大,太甜了。但如果你认为cake mix的甜度适合你的口味,就用上述的量。
