这个房子超值

这个区不错。同样的新房，估计在Builder那儿新建要65万以上，建好还得等1年多。有条件的同学可以看看。

There is nothing but pure crap on Comfree now.

I recognize the layout of this house. It's called "New Castle", built by Mac & Mitch. You can choose the same spec home from the builder for $520k as of now. Why buy it from a flipper for $600k?

大多数builder,实木地板都属于upgrade的。

1 X+ ]+ I7 }) W8 H, Z  bThe base model is $520k. This one is an expanded version (mostly extra room on the garage) of  the NewCastle model. You can contact the builder and ask for a quote, if you are really interested.

* [4 ^2 G& O' @$ S" ?$ u2 [I have already stated that, in the same area, $520k can buy you a base model with about 470 sq meter lot. A larger lot, such as this one, would cost $20k more, and choosing the extension would cost another $20k~$40k.

I just don't understand why is this one "超值" when it's priced above the builder's existing spec home. However, I do acknowledge that the pricing of this one is not as mad as some of the other Comfree listings.

529.2 平米 的 Lot Size上 建了 2419 尺 的房子，估计没什么院子了吧。

. N8 }# b4 b3 U: Z对新房子来说，5700sqft的lot也不算小啦。要想lot大，就只能买旧房了。
