同志们都这么沉不住气，要我说什么？
- I. l; ]/ J. X( ~今年二月头我卖掉我的房子的时候，全新，有地板，1843sqft
价格437000；一月买的一个2230sqft，全新，房子两边是小路，接近8000sqft的lot,地板、瓷砖等等，460000。
这些如果是现在买需要多少钱？
6 B8 {4 z8 a; g" Y% X$ E: h所以今年的任务已经完成。给点余地明后年——就是我的观点。

- J9 [  V" U5 Y  C9 O+ O  ]6 ^: d0 z如果没有第三次世界大战，大概15-20年以后，大多数edmonton居民需要花100万，才能住上一套像样的房子。

觉得最近不好卖，但是房是不会大跌的，稳定下来就好了。

真是站着说话不腰疼，你以为人人都像你一样大款啊，俺也不想现在卖房，俺也想等到房子长到一百万，俺可得能坚持住啊。。
