同志们都这么沉不住气，要我说什么？
今年二月头我卖掉我的房子的时候，全新，有地板，1843sqft
: }1 Z4 c. E6 R' U) @价格437000；一月买的一个2230sqft，全新，房子两边是小路，接近8000sqft的lot,地板、瓷砖等等，460000。
8 x' ^9 c5 @/ ]9 Y- }$ i这些如果是现在买需要多少钱？
" }: L" @% C9 `6 g5 G; q所以今年的任务已经完成。给点余地明后年——就是我的观点。
! h' z7 [5 e! P; j7 r+ Z0 b
如果没有第三次世界大战，大概15-20年以后，大多数edmonton居民需要花100万，才能住上一套像样的房子。
) r- @; h( ~  _3 k1 v' E这就是经济规律。

觉得最近不好卖，但是房是不会大跌的，稳定下来就好了。
