" v/ K, R: f' ~+ O3 X% \3 z价格437000；一月买的一个2230sqft，全新，房子两边是小路，接近8000sqft的lot,地板、瓷砖等等，460000。
6 `. C% d0 Z: x6 [这些如果是现在买需要多少钱？
' _8 E1 v1 l* ?2 K: T) `1 L所以今年的任务已经完成。给点余地明后年——就是我的观点。

we can bet it. My guess is after 5 years, the oil price is around 30-50, the house price is almost the same of last yeasr or even lower--depents how strong the CAD is and how high the interest rate hikes
