JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager- ' P, Z1 A# u6 ^1 x7 s1 |$ [$ j
SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical / z: _) p1 _" C- p
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects : s) v/ P; P+ s0 q; \ e2 V
of Course Pack production.

1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning
, j" d+ N$ `( W" }- mof paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.1 `9 ?3 j2 w! [
; H3 D! ]' S9 d! y1 I: P9 e2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including ! l- K% _* B+ U. f3 ^+ P' o
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

9 m3 ^. }. h0 ]/ R4 k6 c- x3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of + r N# a0 U. f1 X- i- Q+ B$ o
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment & K1 i/ J' H* ]* g: E4 @4 B( w
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
0 b* K3 b% O) k# c2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication I5 Y: M% W. ?3 |. J
skills.6 G! g# ]/ d; u6 q- a
& s8 B( k R0 [# F/ X3 S3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

7 d" o! R5 L7 a4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.
