JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-
& B* _7 O9 W; W9 ^SU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical 0 E0 h" b5 v# Z# g1 q% o0 h
Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
! ]2 {0 [- J9 Bof Course Pack production.

& k& q1 e3 A; i$ ^+ U! w' ~) g& WDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: O) l5 a6 ]# H! v1 I; K
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning 5 i& ^- E0 m6 t7 R$ c" H
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.

# |/ r1 x- Q4 U* G2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including 4 N. v0 b5 \/ e- d% v) K. Y. k
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.
" W* ]+ p2 x/ x9 d. B2 B, y! L' A* E; U2 I/ }/ P' y+ ^# X+ A+ H
3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of 7 q" @! ?/ T& |" C. o" u6 Q
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and 9 B, P+ Y# R+ i. O- `
keeping appropriate and accurate records.! _7 e9 ?' B! K$ C. F# v
1 q5 K$ t( {, E* V+ \) n4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 1 T% j7 B4 `0 B' }7 i7 q
failures to the Operations Manager.8 q9 L: ^' |: h, [ J9 v

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
" K# n) h1 C8 z- o( `- Y- v2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication , }0 t! [& s2 v* {% T2 R! @
skills.

5 \+ }. ]9 Y3 H0 T+ F X, X& q8 W3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.

5) Ability to work in high stress environment.
