DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
% Q7 c0 n+ u6 K: p5 b$ @+ N1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning + {5 J1 {# z: A1 S1 c9 j% p- j0 V
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.5 \* s; w# U+ [" i8 d7 }# S
# }$ K* |+ \- m9 y& u) p- y2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including " G, I/ W- E+ A) e! k9 p* m
print queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
$ N( i# W+ n: x, A" {# bcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and & D" j2 }# _$ G$ Q( X- D, v
keeping appropriate and accurate records.

4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment 4 m4 Y# C; }( W6 l) _( z
failures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 2 a- r" r8 V ^9 o) X) [% A
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3) A good working knowledge of Windows would be helpful.5 N5 J- M( C9 H# @8 b! b

4) An aptitude for technical problem determination and resolution.. @& V6 |+ s; q3 L+ h
