4 I# W' Q2 r- P# oSU Print Centre and Operations Manager-Production & Technical
& E& R: ^5 i' qSupport, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
6 U# q) G' n0 W2 [of Course Pack production.) S2 s! _5 R7 K+ L! m

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:6 I9 J& l( W Y# V
1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning U- C* l1 {. u
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.

! ]9 s) k- W) @" n' q* |$ G2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
9 L1 d4 O; C% j1 \; e3 sprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting.3 f0 ~& v: b1 { a: w$ ?& t

3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of ) G, ^& a* Z0 g5 r; I: p" ]. N
course packs. This includes following operational procedures and . E: z. g* f0 }
keeping appropriate and accurate records.- o) O, x( d: K! Q P4 [7 D6 w0 w+ \; ?; w
9 x% s: E% i- ~* u6 ?5 m4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment
, T6 e( W% i! p- z4 bfailures to the Operations Manager.

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements,

% @ @# b+ U! n; v7 h u- r7 P1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.
& \# h- k" d1 |9 X2) Attention to details. Excellent organizational and communication . Z9 o- L) F. }2 W. V! T; V" U
