JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Senior Operations Manager-

Support, these positions are responsible for assisting in all aspects
9 t4 a1 y# M1 O: r& \* t. y4 ^of Course Pack production.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- v9 J( _& x0 T, V1) To assist in the creation of course packs, including the scanning ' g2 X: j, {& F$ n
of paper files, editing of digital files, proofing and printing.3 I* z$ w4 n6 s4 C. V
1 \3 c/ c& {$ x- K# z! v2) To develop a good working knowledge of print equipment, including
: P) N/ L% d) e9 j& t2 iprint queue, paper loading, toner and technical troubleshooting." L5 Y1 t1 s- O6 q
1 ^9 A: j( b0 W- l- t/ Q8 Z3) To assist with all aspects of bindery, packing and shipping of
7 H; G Q: r: Q' Hcourse packs. This includes following operational procedures and
$ l3 W/ T; U' {/ c" mkeeping appropriate and accurate records.* Z* n; P6 H' N3 b9 z+ ^( B
& H- E" H+ b- Z. [0 T; t4) To communicate stock needs and printing and bindery equipment : n* G5 l+ B7 d' Y6 t; w" G
failures to the Operations Manager.$ z1 T$ h; W5 X, J) T) M4 e

5) To develop a working knowledge of Access Copyright requirements, 4 g4 W6 y0 f9 R5 d
and adhere to regulations as appropriate.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

skills.
