As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
* Q2 I5 R/ d. S3 Yassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
group performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
: r. M) M) ?7 d4 G0 oaddressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
* \$ E7 R+ \1 q/ ^8 m* wprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
; D$ T, z$ \; F9 K$ j  |assisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

Qualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
. W+ p+ m3 J( ^+ Y8 {$ wsupervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
