As Group Leader, your responsibilities are providing direction and support to the members of your team (includes
2 A( G) w; Z" D- rassessing their individual performance and setting of goals), communicating within your team and beyond, ensuring
group performance targets are met, and ensuring your team’s training and developmental concerns are being
/ m. r2 M; f$ x; {, w3 P  ?addressed. You will share in the day-to-day planning and administration of corporate tax processing, develop
0 R; W# @; {9 I% C$ Q* d6 O8 aprocess recommendations, and resolve issues as they arise. Other responsibilities include interpreting legislation,
assisting and assessing process risk management and maintaining processing capability in your area.

8 @. P* k, m9 {/ f. H) \As a proactive and positive supervisor your tact and professionalism are needed to be successful in managing the
9 s$ w# ?- d) r$ _5 i& Hwork within the TRA Division.

0 p* g: Y* e& w; }& ?1 UQualifications: Accounting designation (CA, CMA, or a CGA) plus 3 years additional related experience. Previous
supervisory experience would be preferred. Equivalencies will be considered.
