we’re looking for? The Operations Section within Investment Administration Division requires a highly skilled data
management administrator to support our Data Hub application and the move to a data-centric information model.

9 ?' r+ W+ V$ TInvestment Administration Division provides comprehensive back-office support services for Alberta Investment
Management and various other government departments and agencies encompassing assets under management in excess
of $70billion. As the Data Hub Administrator, you will utilize your strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-
making skills to perform ongoing assessments and reviews to validate HUB data. Based on your assessments, you will
6 K& [/ Z' g' H9 b6 jcoordinate the release and distribution of HUB data reports each day to various end users and clients. As our Data HUB
- H. r2 K) |" revolves through several phases, clients will expect you to keep pace with all new developments.

Data management activities are characterized by due diligence and a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that HUB
referential data is complete, accurate and accessible on a timely basis. To expedite HUB database readiness, flexible hours
of work with an early start time will be a requirement of the position. A special work hour provision applies with a
3 f4 |) l1 O: ~4 j! Sdaily start time in the range of 4:00am to 6:00 am, commencing after initial training is completed.

Qualifications – Completion of a diploma in Computing Science supplemented by 4 years progressively responsible data
* s$ J: q# S2 c2 d. N- Nmanagement experience. Finance and/or investment knowledge is preferred. The ideal candidate will have formal
/ h* p4 r( X& E3 H( ?* Leducation in Computing and Finance. Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and some familiarity with SQL
would be considered assets. Equivalencies will be considered.
