Alberta Finance, Edmonton - As an experienced Human Resource professional, your focus will be
7 u9 m0 [; H% d6 rto deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
1 z9 p- u# Y6 C" wcoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
3 Z" r6 F/ V( _9 z7 \, [job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

( @' L' Y) v" E- B8 C& [You get results with your excellent consultation, influencing and organizational skills, your strong

independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other

6 F* o0 t2 b, U0 e3 b+ h% E% d3 k: @' funionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
