to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
7 v5 Q* t: ]; O. |  N* |experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
2 N( ^- N) V  K* f6 `5 ccoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
implementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

3 |0 O, B4 [* ?, ZYou get results with your excellent consultation, influencing and organizational skills, your strong
. N6 x1 c, B0 m7 {( o4 x" mservice orientation and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients. You act
( _" C! t! A8 p+ W( Z) ^% Lindependently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other
related HRMIS software.

consulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
