to deliver expert human resource consulting services to our Ministry clients. With generalist
experience and expertise in HR practices, you will be the first point of contact to provide advice,
7 H$ I( `4 l& e  ecoaching and facilitation services regarding all human resource related issues. In addition to staffing,
job evaluation and employee relations issues, you will make a difference in developing and
( c# R* Y/ ^% y4 b& e, b+ h' Simplementing a range of strategic HR initiatives.

/ N9 i; |: ]7 j/ d% \: zYou get results with your excellent consultation, influencing and organizational skills, your strong

independently as well as contribute to a team and are proficient working with PeopleSoft or other

% v9 Q* E# d' CQualifications: University graduation in a related field with at least 5 years related human resource
* S4 p* Z- a4 P. d7 Pconsulting experience. Project management, HR planning and program development experience in a
unionized environment is desirable. Equivalencies will be considered.
