为稳妥起见,可以上深圳的官方网看看英文字头缩写,就能顺出来了. ' w" _1 ~9 `; M& ?; f' m滞纳进出金:late fees $ S g% `) O6 H4 L# b: s. V一般写法是:Late fees in the amount of $$$$ per day/month/year will be applied to all accounts in arrears........

Connie, I think in an official document, you might want to use "Lessor" and Lessee" especially for firm-to-firm rent.
