Currently the fix rate is 5.99%
  F8 c4 r' N2 N: E) C8 j* ^the variable rate is Primary - 0.75%, that is 5.25 now.
I do not know if I should use fix rate or variable rate .

定期按揭利率取决于债券殖率。 极难预测。换言之，如果有人能正确预测，买卖债券期货，可发大财。

/ t) e# E7 y+ b" D4 v) }5-year-fix rate mortage does not requrie you to pay all the mortgage in full in 5 years. Only the interest rate is fixed in 5 years. You can choose the term as 25 years or 40 years.

Eirc Zhang said that YOU MUST BE KIDDING to NOT know the meaning of this "5 Year".
