Audience Services: Provides information, aid and security on the site for everyone participating in the. P' R: f) N( x6 ^# G4 X# b

Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and
7 G5 S+ R% n1 _+ t5 `) mwork the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft
2 G7 @1 k( E2 i6 }8 `prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.8 g/ a2 C4 Z4 b" a& d a. Q/ i: j
Chalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the* U6 B2 ?- |: j7 c: H
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.& w! Q+ D, X c; d
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for
- V$ d4 e6 X3 H# Evisitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the( f$ e8 y" v: _7 y; ?% g$ U" v4 J
recyclables.5 @; |* i( Q; z q
Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be
! \. Y! c' M) F' V" npart of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.
) q* r5 J* ~2 M* G+ c5 w8 AHospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
: E3 e5 N Y3 O; s* qthem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late
+ C: f E2 U% E/ A, K2 Bhours are part of this crew’s duties.
) Z9 X" S3 Z7 rInformation: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the
0 \7 N: t; H( \2 I1 O, Jfestival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide
* t. M) p' ^& v: P1 Oprograms to visitors to the festival.

everyone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.

Site: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is
4 ]& n% ?" {$ M6 E- Goperating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you
7 F' f& G9 @5 t0 i5 U8 [; y, Aare physically fit and ready for any emergency.0 ~+ _! N. T8 Q) F* r+ F0 ^
Stage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training
9 V9 A! t7 \# m) D; d# Tand/or understanding of back stage procedures.
! ?' m/ p5 c5 A# y5 ETransportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be. ]3 E' N7 n' F- q. N. t
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as
; s: I' i# o! t) g6 w' [' g0 Rairport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival+ M9 @. a0 d9 |8 v& Z* ]8 Z' m/ b
staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
