, i/ x' m- E! M$ S3 K" S. ?Be Your Own Busker (ATB Big Top): Work with creative people who will teach patrons to juggle and+ O3 d( i7 u5 N( g- ~$ W$ z9 o7 O
work the Diablo, play in a band and lots of other fun stuff. Duties include, helping at artist circles, craft1 `2 b+ |- S" q1 A; l l- a
prep, door person, stagehand, and clean up.
8 J6 ?, S$ g' eChalk Chics: Festival goers will be asked to participate in chalk drawings. Volunteers will be helping the3 Q) U# D* s- f4 d$ V0 k3 I- ], _ ~
artist by providing whatever support is needed for this activity. More details to come.6 O9 @3 M- \& y" j1 Z( c X2 ~
Environment: We need lots of volunteers to help ensure that the Square is kept looking beautiful for& j# V v; R. L: u' c
visitors to the festival. We provide equipment and materials to help you dispose of garbage and sort the+ z( f5 a6 L {; O( J
recyclables.; e( w, d& f" e5 X/ _4 d
Front of House: If you are well organized, like people, and can handle line up control and questions, be0 i3 ~+ ` @/ G) C I
part of the door crew for our three indoor theatre events. You must be able to work late into the evening.
1 n& M7 c. d" J/ sHospitality: The volunteers are off site in the host hotel looking after our artists and guests by providing
( d; o0 B' T+ e( U* V! Y; kthem with delicious meals, snacks and beverages in the Hospitality Suite. Some heavy lifting and late/ v; J6 h0 Q- i' {. o9 L
hours are part of this crew’s duties., s% _: f( e# n0 ~+ ?7 k8 D
Information: Inside the Info trailer, volunteers on this crew know everything there is to know about the
& t1 i$ P& ]+ Tfestival - who, what, when where and how is their business. They also sell merchandise and provide3 ^. h& e' ~3 \0 j4 [
programs to visitors to the festival.
/ u, ^+ P2 E9 GKids’ World: Enjoy some time entertaining the wee folks. Activities and games will be provided for
9 v7 y1 S% ^ feveryone coming to this area. Help our creative coordinators make this place an enjoyable experience.
9 Y# `/ H5 B: TOffice: Duties will include answering telephone inquiries about the festival, selling seats to the ticketed
( ^1 B) Y, r, h$ }! gevents and general office duties. Volunteers must have a good telephone manner and knowledge of the

7 j, k+ `' [3 TSite: Volunteers will help our Production manager and his assistant make sure all that the physical site is/ I; H9 e' ~# j, l$ ?, @" \
operating smoothly. From erecting tents to flying banners and putting up fencing, it is important that you6 l+ U0 i# G' A& W2 Q9 v' V0 Z
are physically fit and ready for any emergency.
' E, H) f7 E$ W# m" {/ ?) f% X uStage: All volunteers who are helping with any theatrical productions must have some previous training: H# i# W) {3 o8 C3 g
and/or understanding of back stage procedures.9 s: c7 g) K* l/ b# D
Transportation: Volunteers 25 years of age with a clean driving license, (driver’s abstract will be+ p0 E9 A' b+ D
required), will be asked to drive artists to and from various performance locations in the city as well as6 p) \5 }. b$ L/ t4 m+ @
airport arrivals and departures. Other duties include day to day pick ups and deliveries that the festival* C+ R" j7 w7 ^5 b; e: c6 ?! `# t
staff and artists may require. A good knowledge of the city is required. |
