JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

+ a9 m8 K$ s8 `6 @DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

4 a! y3 l. f) ?1 X- ~6 a: A$ [" }1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
4 G' {: c, ?2 k. q
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.
) B  O( Y$ P# L! c/ R/ b9 z
" s9 ^( {4 ?, E5 S) p3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.
# k( W6 V3 m* p2 T" {! O
/ ^  x; ~1 Z' p9 K: [. T5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
1 z9 ]7 b* V4 T+ d2 B
$ Y! V! g; l& h6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
' b; d3 F8 m- s& A7 X  `8 D5 M+ ?! gshifts within Powerplant operating hours.
. Z" z1 X# r, Z5 \7 ^( o6 ?' d
7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
$ V% t6 g- E; N) W* i) `  ?2 S% bManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;
" B4 n" ~0 n: J( G
1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
+ U8 j6 E5 b: d
2) Previous experience with food inventories.

7 L0 n" p2 i' d8 K7 F6 g9 t4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Good public and staff relations.
