, q# N$ O. M; E, ADUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
6 X0 n4 E: m$ q: f4 D0 \& H1 y
1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.
) B0 F6 X4 |+ j6 Y. ?0 ]
2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

! ]3 u" t+ f9 [  |5 N3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
Capital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

, r& @6 N  S9 S4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
deliveries.
; ?+ B7 O" ~3 V1 s" C
2 Z- t4 V4 g4 r, N0 ~0 c7 }7 c5) Assist with monthly food inventory.

3 d1 r( f: T, W3 _6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
shifts within Powerplant operating hours.
1 O/ u  a$ H- h1 z+ i* E' F
/ H* q# S: g% D1 r% V7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

" i. E/ P0 d& X6 j4 i7 W4 z1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.
$ V2 g/ q) {4 _- Q( ~* @" I- X
; a/ P, d1 [1 v' P) c2) Previous experience with food inventories.
# z; j4 M( {( |) F( A
! a# n. r. s. C7 ]4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
* k7 x4 X; t& b, N0 w( ]
, x1 h/ R5 n) d" N5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on  
meals purchased for shift breaks
