JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior  
5 u& E$ f4 ]' k6 v" d' }+ oOperations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

# \; e( o, T- vDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.

/ f2 v* y2 ]  \6 Q: J: w2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

* o7 [  W( ]; @; p3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by  
$ ]7 D0 ]$ r) A6 @. O* kCapital Health and the U of A Students´ Union.

+ k4 W' V& |: G/ {9 V8 f1 |8 k4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food  
4 `; ^+ j3 A- t8 Odeliveries.

1 S. _' S! R6 x9 J# f5) Assist with monthly food inventory.
& j- E4 P) f7 m$ {
6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating  
6 x5 C- k5 S, G$ r# [' X7 lshifts within Powerplant operating hours.

7) To perform other related duties as directed by the Operations  
- h  W% t  J8 f/ b9 uManager.

QUALIFICATIONS;

* d. _; c/ {3 y8 I1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.

2) Previous experience with food inventories.
+ M+ Y& k0 m* r$ a! V
1 ]7 @0 q3 v$ r" L" D' n4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.
0 m" Z- t' P8 P! O
$ M2 A  m# R1 W+ `7 S. f5) Good public and staff relations.

Wage: $8.96/hr (under negotiation) + gratuities + 50% discount on  
meals purchased for shift breaks
