JOB SUMMARY: The Food Service Worker I is responsible to the Senior ' B* i- M: T. J ~' ~
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operations Manager-RATT.

1) Assist with Food preparation and cooking as required.6 [7 P$ n$ D4 {8 a

2) Cleanliness of all areas and supplies and equipment.

0 c) h, r3 D8 I# {9 T3) To follow the health and food safety standards as set out by

- Q8 j8 O' f6 M: d4 Q4) Monitor food product levels, order, receive and store food ! F$ U' w' P, ^4 @- F) A, L. }

5) Assist with monthly food inventory.8 I& z. t6 c7 s9 t. r/ x' P

6) Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to work rotating

1) Thorough knowledge of food handling and storage techniques.9 B0 b- q7 y5 r5 \/ `/ e, [
7 D$ u% Z! m+ q B& K2) Previous experience with food inventories.

4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.. o' { P( t" ]1 u G5 W. B
' _$ x R( e$ Y, O$ u3 d5) Good public and staff relations.
