8 C2 A, k& _5 ^/ w, w+ IOperations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
" b" j2 T) G. ffulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
, X; c4 \( Q* W  s* {/ n. meffective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
9 o- e2 X* H% x7 V) _1 O5 u/ o1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
% T& U! S  q; h. p& QRetail in the training of part time staff

2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements

3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
) H- U2 h, }+ P/ `. n3 YRetail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured

' p' h! [5 I% d& _, ]9 @4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
various shifts as per store hours
7 z6 ]5 L% C; w" x/ c3 U5 R! a5 N/ a
5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
6 O6 L: z" A8 l- D9 P4 {2 W6 \- Jorders for external custom order clients

6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory  
/ O% {, }9 _( ?6 }5 v+ O- Hcounts
, i, L! \8 Y3 [3 Q; v4 x& e6 y% O
3 H5 I! C2 O  f% |% }3 }7)             Provide a high level of customer service

8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
; ?% J# U! l) E; Idate with regards to consignment data
) Q) q  A! T/ v; e8 z3 X2 m
9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
SUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the  
Operations Manager-Retail

  C0 `9 h9 p! @# E- c/ U5 G# E4 h3 ]$ KQUALIFICATIONS;
+ V4 B# d' Q* c$ h$ M1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent

2 S- Y0 Y+ c/ U0 n2)             Post secondary education would be an asset
; G7 t' z/ A* z, J3 e0 q# `7 ?" w: i3 o
; j& ?, E; v/ e8 P3 f/ l3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

5 w0 ~6 q8 m$ S; \, |& J; E4)             Strong organizational skills
& a7 ^, P% T- _; a  t$ t) B4 y$ j" d6 D
, V/ @( d0 C- K, e& }9 Y5)             High level of creativity, initiative and attention to

2 ]! a# m4 N4 V8)             Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and  
the general public

Salary:            $1864/month - under negotiation
Shift:            Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
