JOB SUMMARY:  Reporting to and under the supervision of the Senior  
Operations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
fulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
2 X* w8 `7 ~  J/ ~, p4 leffective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
2 L3 }3 w' ~6 Q/ C6 Y0 r& E! g1 ?# Z0 tRetail in the training of part time staff

2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
! l2 s( G" a' ^ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements
/ J- i3 m' U" T2 M8 j& D( c' Q$ ~) [
" O* p0 ~" P! p% D* K$ `3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured

& b& D8 G6 W2 T4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
* p+ d' e( \8 Z5 M- F" \7 z& K  Qvarious shifts as per store hours

9 b! i3 O# }" [  U/ i9 Y5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
+ S( ^. Z* }/ D/ ?) R9 G% Zorders for external custom order clients

3 \; s6 U5 {. ?! U/ p6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory  
$ W& {4 g" F: w: I0 @' Y* k1 acounts

" T8 q" o, c( f3 B7)             Provide a high level of customer service

8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
date with regards to consignment data

) n! J: N5 K2 E% i. [; R9)             Perform other job related duties, in SUBtitles and  
3 R. T* o$ ?7 X: p8 jSUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the  
! b7 G& ]7 ~+ q! q) X3 ?Operations Manager-Retail

QUALIFICATIONS;
4 j) T: u# M; o1 T1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent

( R9 ?' L$ }0 z  n/ O5 U$ E2)             Post secondary education would be an asset

3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

7)             Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a  
variety of areas

8)             Ability to deal effectively with staff, students and

9)             Experience in handling cash
