( }. @$ U" w! y  `$ f+ d8 [JOB SUMMARY:  Reporting to and under the supervision of the Senior  
- N; g( w" f+ v8 \: ]9 AOperations Manager-Retail and the Operations Manager-Retail, the  
# }$ d1 y  q' D# P; ofulltime Operating Assistant-SUBtitles is responsible for the  
effective operation of SUBtitles in the absence of the manager(s).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
. G. c+ B  |" S. gRetail in the training of part time staff
) w8 k* c) A( f
2)             Responsible for supervising part time staff and  
ensuring that staff are fulfilling job requirements

3)             Responsible for assisting the Operations Manager-
Retail with cashing out and ensuring that floats are secured

& {8 m. [2 o" h! Q" w  q4)             Capable and willing to work in all areas while working  
various shifts as per store hours

5)             Responsible for determining needs and finalizing  
4 D: u5 [0 C5 D9 |; P8 `orders for external custom order clients
# j+ V% V' [9 d1 e
6)             Responsible for the accuracy of month end inventory  
counts

& X% ^- }: C+ {, W7)             Provide a high level of customer service

( x* v; f% |  w8)             Responsible for ensuring that databases are kept up to  
date with regards to consignment data

6 U- y: {9 o4 zSUBmart, as required by the Senior Operations Manager-Retail and the  
Operations Manager-Retail

9 A' |. g  r$ Z1)             Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent

2)             Post secondary education would be an asset

3)             Previous supervisory experience would be an asset

4)             Strong organizational skills
; C/ D4 E4 v3 U4 X& I# ^1 B, a
5)             High level of creativity, initiative and attention to

6)             Knowledge of computer operations

Salary:            $1864/month - under negotiation
