Food Service Worker II - Food Services

1 v6 i7 v- y5 P  \# WJOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
' D7 ]( V3 w4 K0 U8 V1 k- Gfood in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
- x4 g) U1 |' H7 Iarea.

2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
" S; _; w: O/ ]3 Aper Capital Health standards.

4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
% }% ?0 d# s- Y( F: ~" swork rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
operating hours.

* f* D: F  H% t- X; J6 l2 l5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

! K2 U% `' T  z, J) qQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
3 d, z( x$ B2 P- R0 {food handling and storage techniques.

2)              Some cooking/baking experience.

, v' c) ?2 d1 ]( V3) Cashier experience.
$ ]3 Y2 Z, F+ r
4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

  N" O; V9 T# E5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
March 11th 2005 /Union Position

Wage: $8.24/hr + 50% discount on personal food ordered at L´Express

Shift:            Four weeks July 3 to July 27 A.M. cashier 6:30a.m.
