Food Service Worker II - Food Services

JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
) ^. L( ~/ k% p! SOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.
' E' |( m/ e+ T% `- g
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
+ z8 M* N: u; ?0 J: ffood in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
8 s2 n! D* `) N/ D0 Garea.

2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
5 q! M* o% V" p4 p& E1 }# T5 m6 ^clients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

( B* |# Z4 v7 i6 _& F  P- E9 z3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
/ _' v- V5 M& n; \: kper Capital Health standards.

4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
) O0 O+ L1 U% |work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services

6 p) D6 L  }* ^# W) h, E6 g5) Serve as cashier when required.

6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior

QUALIFICATIONS;
9 O! ^+ C# R% w1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
food handling and storage techniques.

2)              Some cooking/baking experience.
2 Q0 e- h  M. B4 Q. q9 C" y' j
% @2 p  F& L6 s6 ]) G' x3) Cashier experience.
3 i# W1 [- l& ?# j3 W2 `2 r
# X! J. D. u5 B- B4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.

Wage: $8.24/hr + 50% discount on personal food ordered at L´Express  
to eat while on shift break

Shift:            Four weeks July 3 to July 27 A.M. cashier 6:30a.m.
