JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
" z9 y0 L4 n7 l1 m2 q( v. Q8 _1 Z4 XOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
assist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

- g; n% \. [2 g5 y  i0 [( {DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
- W- [% o9 S" z3 \# ifood in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
area.

2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
) f7 O4 J9 N3 `" ~, Nclients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

" I: z% Z# c* y  d& n3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
! Y" D5 o/ {+ ]6 G$ ?. @7 vper Capital Health standards.

- H6 D( p- q- y4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
1 K  ~9 R& L* s3 _  yoperating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

! E2 S. p% n, ]( _6) To perform other related duties as directed by the Senior  
Operations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

- X( J; E; k7 u  TQUALIFICATIONS;
1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
food handling and storage techniques.

7 a" h/ v# t/ i3 s. X2)              Some cooking/baking experience.
) t" r' ~6 [% b7 I; |6 C
3) Cashier experience.
4 E# C( h* q# b# I5 w
% @% a! h& @8 b# V/ J1 X4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

) J+ B+ `( f' ?  d" \+ A5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

; ~1 n! z$ P! q: a6 x6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
