JOB SUMMARY:  The Food Service Worker II responsible to the Senior  
% i( X! Z9 o) P' Z' k3 aOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant and will  
) f1 w6 P; a/ _& fassist in all areas for maximum service to patrons.

7 X: H4 m5 b, q& p5 xDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
" P* `0 r% w: n0 D, [) _; l1)              Assist with all aspects of food preparation, display  
* }8 U  k- f4 z' O8 x) ]food in an attractive & appetizing manner, and clean in the kitchen  
% ?1 A, h" X* C6 N$ Darea.

2) Provide excellent customer service to student, staff and public  
' r6 q+ B9 p  F2 nclients, in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

3)              Follow proper food handling and storage techniques as  
per Capital Health standards.

* v% S6 l* V+ A# R4)              Capable and willing to work in all areas and able to  
work rotating shifts within the  Students´ Union Food Services  
operating hours.

5) Serve as cashier when required.

3 ?) \' s$ x/ SOperations Manager-Food Services and Operating Assistant.

% k7 _  T9 U4 L4 K  H$ }QUALIFICATIONS;
; u" x$ y" R" `1) Minimum one year in the food industry.  Thorough knowledge of safe  
food handling and storage techniques.

2)              Some cooking/baking experience.

3) Cashier experience.

7 v# y9 E8 N6 o% W3 ~4) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

0 i3 c/ h- A$ M; }5) Excellent customer service skills and staff relations abilities.

) R5 s( K; H. ^( B* Q2 c6) Completion of Grade XII (Alberta) or equivalent.
