the Students' Union and oversees all electoral logistics as per Bylaw
' R) t7 g5 C) g. T2 b z [2000. The Chief Returning Officer shall be recommended to Students'
9 }: e" O6 K7 A' J6 FCouncil in the manner set out in the Council Administration Committee ; @4 v( z) e( x `% L3 t. ~3 n
Standing Orders by April 15 and serve from May 1 to April 30 of the

2) To run referenda/plebiscites as per Bylaw 2000.

! ?* s9 p l: gadequate poll staff and situating polls at appropriate locations
; R, @8 p S: K$ w3 g# Gacross campus, and advertising the poll locations.

5) To oversee the physical count of the ballots during elections/

6) To report the result of an election/referendum to the appropriate ( z' t: Z- O9 m0 O- o! R
parties.

10) To be available to all parties during elections/referenda for a
. G* ~+ ]- L6 @% a4 {8 ?) Mminimum of four (4) working hours a day, between Monday to Friday,

11) To act as the arbitrator in any dispute which may arise during

12) To ensure that a cost effective and accurate ballot counting & E2 d' x8 M, C. X. v6 `) K: I
process is in place.

14) To organize a minimum of one (1) forum to be held during the week

15) Perform other job related duties as required by the Council

QUALIFICATIONS:

for each of the terms of Winter Session and shall be a full Students' # B) O. n7 l4 H7 s. {
Union member.

2) Must have some experience in student elections.

any of its standing boards, committees, or any other paid position
