9 }9 h5 S% r! ^5 Z8 {JOB SUMMARY: The Doorperson is responsible to the Operations Manager
# s3 N4 s: d( Z/ u! \; R. \(s) (RATT) and will enforce AGLC regulations and Students' Union/RATT  
policies.  Protects patrons, staff and property of the Students´ Union.

2 K  \4 n- ^. m, QDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Check identification to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age  
; B+ g/ G6 t. N8 \and are University affiliated.
: L+ u4 D; D" a( v& `; o5 B( K
2) Crowd control, ensuring maximum occupant load is not exceeded.
& ], B" H4 m; N1 M  v9 \
, U4 X' F. }/ x3) Assists servers with bussing tables and keeping floor areas free  
+ I. F1 y' j5 c/ L6 B+ Pof garbage.
% E1 j$ T" A+ Q3 M) E9 v3 b) k
4) Patrols the area observing patron behavior, preventing over-
( R6 s8 D- y1 E" o0 }* ~4 z6 yconsumption of alcohol,  altercations, theft and vandalism.

5) Assists bartenders by stocking supplies and monitoring bar service  
area when required.

6) Perform other job-related duties as required by the Operations  
Manager(s), Senior Operations Manager and Senior Manager.

1) Minimum Alberta Grade XII or equivalent.

3 s% U* x0 [3 }% }. Q' c  \1 K2) Ability to deal appropriately and effectively with a large variety  
of patrons and/or possible negative situations.  To be able to work  
2 i$ Y4 q3 s3 W: tcalmly under extremely stressful conditions.

7 L- m" E, a3 d1 g6 \3) Excellent work habits, appearance and personal hygiene.

4) Must be physically capable.

public.
