如果搬家没有提前一个月通知原房主，会损失多少钱？有明确的相关规定吗？有人说会多扣除一个月房租， 还有人说会损失100刀。因此请教，多谢！

% s- P& Q4 P7 d6 C8 x看了一下原来的合同（第一年的合同）仅仅看到一句话关于security deposit
- V9 P/ D1 B( Q' k8 {1 ?' _0 v A re-rental fee of $100 if the tenant terminate a month to month lease with in four (4) months of occupying  the apartment.
2 `: s; X: V8 _3 |- h! g; |（termination by tenant) 一项中没有明确的关于没提前通知将如何如何的条款。

一般会多扣除一个月房租，你可以自己找个新租客。
