POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
0 I7 P- I7 c8 l* P& H2 X) q% ~•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
; ]+ c8 b6 U2 P; M: s, B9 o3 u•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
: z: y7 c) o6 L- p9 \5 W2 j•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

( A% Z( m7 w2 S* T# X- Y* L, SREQUIREMENTS:

4 @( p0 c# x; s•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
( t9 t4 J1 t$ s8 a  }& A3 B2 l! R•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
