POSITION SUMMARY:
& G2 p3 e2 f$ N- F( \( G+ r
•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
+ F; A3 N0 b1 T# ^* \( \1 u: @! x•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
2 u, @' c/ o# V- T) [7 H0 F•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.


; {! {* d8 `1 lREQUIREMENTS:

•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
2 t6 F, Q/ S, y3 ~$ t" b) K* k3 `2 D•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
4 e5 j6 t  X' ?+ w# z7 m3 I9 C6 }•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
