POSITION SUMMARY:

( N' S0 u  O( k$ `. h# i•        Assist the Store Manager in ensuring outstanding customer service and 100% program execution at a Blockbuster store.  
Key areas: Customer Service Excellence, Operational Excellence, Financial Results.
) ]# G9 x0 a1 A" x7 |+ r•        Lead by example-role model for the company service standards.
9 ]% H5 O6 Y/ K9 i4 p! y•        Provide guidance, training, and direction to Shift Leaders and Customer Service Representatives.
•        Assist in managing store scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
0 B# P+ O6 m7 ]5 V. G•        Assist in maintaining employee files and records.
•        Assist in keeping the interior and exterior of the store clean and organized.

0 e* i" E4 G: ^1 x: ?REQUIREMENTS:

•        Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experience within the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
. m7 M) i/ [( D& A/ ~7 Q" [•        Working knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
