• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
_0 f# G- J; C ~' rDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
9 \ B) ?1 ]( @4 f8 |: M( t• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
6 x0 O5 |9 Y e; Q9 K0 e• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.) F* |# M$ o# d4 q
• Control store-operating expenses.

• University or College diploma in Business an asset.' y2 S% |' A% t7 z! w
• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
& n# @5 O+ ^) x2 e9 g \& `& f! K- w• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
8 x% T2 `: Y; ]6 V* A* y! M O) ^• Excellent customer service skills.
