POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
  _0 f# G- J; C  ~' rDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
9 \  B) ?1 ]( @4 f8 |: M( t•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
6 x0 O5 |9 Y  e; Q9 K0 e•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
3 r# e0 Q3 w1 P, _& j9 r- ?7 p2 Z•        Lead by example in company service standards.
$ a6 T1 U* R8 @•        Manage store physical inventory.
5 }5 _+ f' E$ P•        Maintain employee files and records.
* v' v$ ^$ j  L' |) e) v•        Manage store Health & Safety program.


REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
& n# @5 O+ ^) x2 e9 g  \& `& f! K- w•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
8 x% T2 `: Y; ]6 V* A* y! M  O) ^•        Excellent customer service skills.
1 {. s$ u; w- B" R•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
  P7 ~) ~8 e- ~' d•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
