POSITION SUMMARY:
( a  C& S" L6 u, `& d
7 x' T1 @% F& X! z- e7 T& F•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
5 A+ j; D) k" H' T& E* ]: f" CDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
- E# G; S1 P6 S) v: \4 c•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
6 r# i$ [& R9 |% |- F•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

5 V( K4 F" i. }: W$ a  iREQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
