# u% k# `9 E8 |% g( I. D- U. F•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
8 t7 J; [" K) g: ]( MDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
5 h0 h, u) E! F•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
+ ~, l$ r" ?, Q# z# l•        Manage store physical inventory.
9 N7 G: }9 R: t6 l4 [3 ]3 ]; ~•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:
* U4 \4 d" l) E* C$ @' E5 j
•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
6 a5 U/ i5 f# ~•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
! L, k# C8 ~' [. x•        Excellent customer service skills.
, E+ W) i. D- h& L1 J•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
6 J( [8 m( ~" D•        Strong Leadership skills.
