•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
. S, L5 D9 Z0 y+ l- O•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
: o- n) m: v0 g: f) s+ }' d" q•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
- X/ L3 K, r6 F# \1 P•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
5 s$ |- o( l6 I: j# i0 \$ S7 }•        Excellent customer service skills.
7 o: f+ }/ d9 M7 l3 S% v' j•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
* j1 h  p: v+ l( ~•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
