• Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
) Z9 y9 M4 c$ u3 y& uDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.' I& ?! V7 Z& T4 @
• Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
6 @# i9 Z: ], p T" E, U• Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.

• Manage store physical inventory.

• Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.; T1 F2 H* l$ R- i) Y9 e4 h; v
• Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
