POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
6 [( O( D2 {& u2 S# q$ ^* Q+ U6 bDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
. {$ {  ^0 F3 O1 y& G5 j/ F•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
3 u3 \+ _9 L1 U% @( l' c8 H•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
* K- k6 y4 G. Y•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
4 X& @4 T9 T: k7 I•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
- \* o; C, ]# ~2 W% J•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

REQUIREMENTS:

•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
! s! w2 ], M$ Q5 q& x2 L& e•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
& ~& t% s/ \6 ~•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
: }1 X% ^0 d) P( n6 R+ v: T9 O•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- D8 d3 O( E. N6 b•        Strong Leadership skills.
! L+ n2 F5 w: U/ N9 G) x6 C•        Strong administrative and organizational skills.
