POSITION SUMMARY:

•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
) Z9 y9 M4 c$ u3 y& uDriving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
6 @# i9 Z: ], p  T" E, U•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
) l$ p' }) D/ b- R: G. J•        Control store-operating expenses.
•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.

•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

* N* z& i' S! o8 l; ^, h•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
; `+ d4 K0 f( K- ]. w- w3 ~. ]•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
) p. b: b6 Z& E, l  W8 E6 N•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
