, O7 e% \2 C  y5 F; p! T! Y: _•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
3 M! E" w. X2 ?2 n•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
' h. E% b4 }$ J4 g•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.
•        Manage store Health & Safety program.

! M( {  H) n: u8 m0 R5 J8 G
$ F& s2 j8 q7 ?3 w# b•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
