POSITION SUMMARY:

/ N% J- R! Y! s3 l" T# }•        Manage the store’s resources in order to maximize the key result areas:
Driving revenue, Controlling Costs and delivery of Exceptional Customer Service.
•        Hire, develop, train, coach and motivate the store employee team.
: v. X5 L4 n& u4 m* I# }; ^2 `•        Manage store-scheduling system to ensure there is proper coverage for all shifts including days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
•        Control store-operating expenses.
  M2 y- S: k  f) b2 F4 m•        Lead by example in company service standards.
•        Manage store physical inventory.
•        Maintain employee files and records.

) z: y7 v- ~8 d* UREQUIREMENTS:

' O% F* h$ s; m•        University or College diploma in Business an asset.
•        Minimum 2 (two) years + supervisor/management experience preferable in a retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
•        Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills.
•        Excellent customer service skills.
5 n* W: r1 G' q; i6 r•        Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements.
( I2 D2 O% ~0 b+ k5 G8 h•        Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
•        Strong Leadership skills.
